30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please choose one of the following two options:
Mail it yourself: Securely package your item and mail it directly to our return address:

- Request a prepaid envelope: If you prefer, contact our customer support team at theherculescompany@gmail.com to request a postage-paid return envelope. We will mail this envelope directly to your door, allowing you to ship the product back to us at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Products must be unused and show no wear. All refunds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction.
Damaged Items & Holster Application Issues
We understand that accidents happen during setup. If your product arrives damaged, or if it becomes damaged while being applied to your holster, you are fully covered under our replacement policy:
- Take a clear photograph of the damaged product.
- Email the photo to theherculescompany@gmail.com.
- Once we review your email, we will ship a brand-new replacement product directly to you, completely free of charge.
